The Sky Tamil Awards ceremony, dedicated to recognizing Sri Lankan and Indian personalities, took place on November 30th at Ashoka Hall in the Indian Cultural Center, Doha, Qatar.

His Excellency Mr. Mafas Mohideen, the Sri Lankan Ambassador to The State of Qatar, graced the event as the Chief Guest. Joining the ceremony was Mr. Mohan Kumar, The General Secretary of the Indian Cultural Center Doha, as the esteemed Guest of Honor. Notable attendees also included Mr. Hashim Umar, Advisor to the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation, participating as a Special Guest.

The gathering welcomed prominent figures such as Mr. Senthilvelavar, Chief Editor of Thinakaran Newspaper; Mr. Subha Chandrasekaran, Joint Secretary of the Corporation Law Scheme Revision Committee from Tamilnadu; Mr. Mohamed Jaleel, The Chairman of Sethu Institute of Technology; and Dr. Sarbuddin Abdul Rahman, Chairman of Al Wahaa Group, Dubai and Maasha and Arshad Popular Social Media Influencers – Qatar.

Mr. Basith JM, Director of Sky Tamil Media Network, led the awarding function. The awards celebrated outstanding accomplishments in various fields including education, arts, sports, business, social work, media, writing, and literature within Qatar.

இவ்விருது விழாவில் பிரதம அதிதியாக கத்தார் நாட்டுக்கான இலங்கை தூதுவர் மபாஸ் மொஹிதீன் அவர்களும் கௌரவ அதிதியாக இந்திய கலாச்சார மையத்தின் பொதுச் செயலாளர் மோகன் குமார் அவர்களும், சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக இலங்கையிலிருந்து இலங்கை ஒலிபரப்பு கூட்டுத்தாபனத்தின் ஆலோசகர் இலக்கியப் புரவலர் ஹாசிம் உமரும்,இலங்கை தேசிய பத்திரிகையை தினகரன் வரமஞ்சரின் பிரதம ஆசிரியர் தே.செந்தில்வேலவரும், இந்தியாவில் இருந்து கழக சட்ட திட்ட திருத்தக்குழு இணை செயலாளர் சுபா சந்திரசேகரனும், சேது தொழில்நுட்ப கல்வி நிறுவனத்தின் தலைவர் திரு முஹம்மது ஜலீல், Al Wahaa குழுமம் நிறுவனத்தின் தலைவர் Dr. சர்புதீன் அப்துல் ரஹ்மான் மற்றும் கத்தாரில் உள்ள பிரபலமான Exodus International நிறுவனமும் கலந்து சிறப்பித்தனர்.
